JMS Housing Options is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that provides supported exempt accommodation and emergency / temporary housing for homeless people in London. At JMS Housing Options, we have strategic working referral service level agreements with multiple homeless charities, government institutions and local authorities, to provide our housing and CQC qualified care provider services. At our homes, residents receive individualised care, support and supervision, enabling them to live independently.

Our mission is to offer high quality, sustainable housing and support, to those who find themselves homeless or in need of emotional and physical assistance, in our London communities. We help landlords that are struggling to rent or manage their properties, benefit from receiving guaranteed rental income, under a commercial tenancy facility, whilst simultaneously, offering people faced with the threat of homelessness, a chance to have somewhere to live. The provision of short to medium term supported accommodation for homeless people, helps them to develop independent daily living skills, as well as learn how to maintain a tenancy, with the hope of moving into their own long-term home.
